Shipping Policy

When will I receive my order?

For regular orders your items will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Shipping time will depend on the method selected at checkout.

If you have selected in store pickup your order will be ready within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation e-mail when it is ready for pickup.

Where do we ship?

Anywhere in Canada. We do not, as of yet, offer international shipping.

Can I pickup my order in store?

Depending on the item “In store pickup” may be selected when choosing the shipping method at checkout. Please verify the store location before selecting this method.

Is shipping free?

For most items, shipping will be free for orders totaling 79.00$ or greater before taxes. Certain exceptions and conditions may apply. Certain locations are not admissible for free shipping. Some ragile and/or heavy items are not admissible for free shipping.

Some items are ‘On Order’: How will shipping work?

If an item is indicated as ‘on order’ we will give an approximate shipping delay.

I have not received my item, what should I do?

An order will not be indicated as shipped unless it has been shipped. If you have not received your order within the indicated delay please verify that you have provided the proper address.
